Guide to Buildings of the MP Second Life Campus

Buildings on the Millennium Projects Second Life Campus.

For all visitors and those clients new to the Millennium Project Campus in Second Life an orientation is available at the MP Visitors Center. A smart chat bot is available 24/7 to answer questions and can be programmed to be as comprehensive as needed.

The Nodes office tower is the tallest building on the campus and houses in addition to the Node model office, the Intern's Lounge is very noticeable mid level as the glass enclosed floor, and a shared conference room on the lobby level.

In back of the Nodes Tower is the Round Glass Exhibit Center that will be used primarily for temporary exhibits and events.

On the right side of the Round Exhibit Hall Is a 7 story tower that will be used for Sponsors, and related futures organizations, such as Jim Dator's University of Hawaii Futures Studies Program, and since they were the first major anchor tenant, the building is known as the UH Tower. Additional floors can be added to this building quit easily.

On the other side of the Round Exhibit Center is the 6 story tower, prime space for Nodes to expand their presence for those nodes who might need or want more than an office and possibly multiple floors, as this building was selected by the Korea Node for its Korea Futures Forum it is known as the Korea Futures Forum Tower.

The MPcollab research center tower is a similar style to the Nodes tower but has a custom multi level Sky Deck on the top.

Then there is the large shared resource, the Sky Mall Exhibit Center, housing an Amphitheater for classes and events, and permanent exhibits on the other floors such as, a 15 Challenges Exhibit, a nodes floor and a floor dedicated to the project as a whole, There is also a sizable roof floor that is home to the Video Sphere, a 360 surround experience for watching project videos in. And there is a hot air ballon tour from which you can get a birds eye view of the whole campus.

Meetings don't always need to be indoors. There are a number of suitable outdoor venues to chose from.
